Dear parents,

It is to inform you that school has organized a Picnic to Angel Resort an Ethnic village resort on 14th Sept. 2019 .The schedule of the picnic is as follow:-

8:30 AM: - Students have to report school

8:45 AM: - Way to Angel Resort

10:00 AM: - Welcome tilak and drink

10:30 – 11:30:- rides bullock cart, horse cart, train, giant wheel merry go round

11:30 – 12:30:- Program magic show, puppet show, monkey show, folk dance, laughing mirror, rope show

12:30 – 1:30:- Lunch time

1:30 – 2:30:- Pool slides

2:30 – 3:30:- DJ with dance and music

3:30 – 4:00:- ice cream

4:00- 4:15:- dispersal form venue

4:15 – 5:30:- Arrival at V.T.P school

Important instructions:-

1. Student will come in a neat-clean and well ironed School uniform with an extra pair of clothes and towel.

2. Parents are requested not to send any valuable electric gadgets with child if you are sending them it will be your own risk responsibility.

3. Parents have to drop and pick their ward point given by the school only.
